How long is the trial?+
14 days on the Pro plan with every feature. No card needed. When it ends you can pay for a plan or move to the free one — your data is kept.
Can I pay by invoice?+
Yes. Companies and sole traders get an invoice right in billing settings: enter the details and download the PDF. The plan turns on when the payment arrives.
Will you charge me automatically?+
No. Each period is paid separately, by card or by invoice. A reminder arrives three days before it ends.
How is the price calculated?+
Per paid seat per month. You can add a person mid-period — you only pay for the days left.
What if I don't renew?+
Three days after the period ends the workspace becomes read-only: everything is visible, but nothing can be changed until the plan is paid.
How much file storage is there?+
Free — 1 GB per workspace, Pro — 10 GB, Business — 50 GB for every paid user.
What are AI agents and how much do they cost?+
An agent is a team member powered by a language model (Claude, GPT, Gemini or a compatible one). It is available on the Business plan: you enter your own provider key and the agent takes one seat, like a person. You pay the provider for the model requests themselves, and token usage is shown in settings.
